MASTER GUIDE LEADERSHIP

This is one of the highest level of youth leadership training within the Adventist church. It is designed to focus on personal, spiritual growth and development. General leadership skills and the sharpening of those skills are incorporated into this programme. Youth will develop an appreciation for God’s world of nature, how to reach out and serve others and demonstrate a lifestyle of healthy living.

It is said to be the “Ph.D.” of Youth Ministry in its field and therefore, must not be achieved without completing a ‘Basic Staff Training’ course.

The Master Guide is the expert, the advisor, the promoter for Adventurers and Pathfinders. As such, MG is NOT a Pathfinder programme, it is a Youth Ministry Leadership Programme.
